1. Occupancy:
The condominium association allows a maximum of 4 guests in 2 bedroom units.

2. Maid Service: If you require maid service on Sunday there is a $50.00 charge.

3. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is required to reserve your preferred dates. Once your deposit is received and confirmed the condo is no longer available to be rented to others during the same time period; therefore, deposits are non-refundable. Payment for the remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to your vacation time.

If your reservation is made less than 30 days prior, the full amount is owed at the time of booking.
